Students' Corner

Being a college student is a dream come true for most students. College life opens the doors for many unforeseen experiences in curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. It gives us the opportunity to take initiates and take decisions on our own for personal benefit and benefit of the group as a whole. All students share common fraternity of being students of the same community irrespective of their associations with diverse backgrounds, cultures, regions, etc. With all kinds of support extended from administration and management, students get a chance to plan and execute their creativity, innovation and planning for their overall development under the guardianship of faculty members. To make this principle in action by utilising the potential of our youth, JIT has initiated a number of projects. For Example:

The Student Representative Council (SRC) is a group of students who represent the entire student population of Jahangirabad Institute of Technology (JIT). SRC is a forum for the student representatives to work cooperatively within the campus in the interest of other students and in the interest of the institution, society and environment.

Debate clubs work best when there is a strong sense of group identity, when members feel that they are part of something.
